Thought I give everyone a heads up if using this new eloader, Heres the thing, And I'm speaking to those that use 2.0 with the tiff exploit. This new eloader has an automatic wifi feature, You no longer need to do the wifi loader trick as in the older versionf of the Eloaders. However, This new Eloader has issues with the PSP's network settings setup with a Static IP address, Therefore, PSP Radio wont connect to any streams or download the shoutcast DB, The only work around is to delete your current connection setting on your network settings on the PSP and create a new Connection 1 with everything set to automatic, Once done and you start this new eloader and then PSP Radio, the wifi feature will work.

All i can say is freaking cool.. I did not have to change anything (Always DHCP) so i was able to connect directly to my network

I can actually turn on and off my wifi from with in PSPRadio (Static Version)

Paul,

We need to update the sticky as to what firmware versions let PSPRadio work now.

It sounds like great progress has been recently made on FW 2.0+ but, as you know, I'm not on it so I don't know what will and what will not.

Could you look into it, please?

The only problem now is that the PSP hangs at the shutting down screen when you exit from PSP Radio.

Can you do me a favor..

I have noticed that the 3d interface become unstale on my PSP when my battery is below about 80% could you run your's down a bit and tell me if the 3d gui will load right. set it to auto start with the 3dgui and then make sure the battery is around 85% or more and then restart the PSP and eboot loader and see if it starts the gui mode ok.

Thanks

im not seeing problems till it changes from the full green to the yellow bars. it is in the mid 80's when it starts having problems..

If i start in text mode and play and it drops i have no problems but if i get below 85 or so and im not sure which it could be lower it starts to become flacky.

could you run it down in the low 80's or less and retest. I think once it has the problem it takes getting it back to near 100% before it stops having a problem.

Also is yours a native 2.0 or a 1.5 upgraded to a 2.0

Just looking at all the data points right now

My PSP was originally a 1.52, But upgraded to 2.0, Anyways, I never use the 3DGUI since I think it probably drains the battery more.

No it wont drain it more unless you run the cpu speed up to smooth it out Smile if you could run the test again and let me know it would be a great help. I am trying to see if we can get more than one failuer for the same thing if so it may be a cause for some of the random errors and would certinally put my mind at ease.. I think im going nuts some times during my testing phases because i can not get colaberation

which may be the case here too. but i do not want them to spin thier wheels looking for bugs if thay can not be repeated..

Thank you again..

also. you may have to actually set and save the 3d mode as the start mode exit and then reload PSPradio.. if it has problems you will know it will either lock up but not reboot when you attemp to enable the 3d mode from the option screen or it will lock right when it is sopposed to display the 3d screen after the init screen.

I noticed if i had it playing a strean and switched (while the problem was active under 85% battery) that the stream would continue to play but all keys were locked up and the screen was frozzen on the text option screen.. Guess i need to use the wifi logger and see if any thing shows..
