New stand alone and plugin release 1222, now based on links2.1-pre23

NEW FEATURES
(raf) Cookie save/restore patch from cvs.pld.org.pl/SOURCES/links2-cookies-save.patch?rev=1.2 applied.
(raf) Merged to 2.1pre23 See Changelog.orig
(raf) Made psp_bb_to_fb_factor a configurable parameter in links.cfg (default=1, set to 2 to enable zoom mode)
(raf) Also changed default font to 12 from 24. (Change to 24 in html.cfg if want to use zoom mode)
BUG FIXES
(raf) Reverted UP/DOWN behavior (user requested). (R+UP/DOWN still does page up/down, though).

Removed SDL support until someone fixes it.
Remaining bugs:
palette not installed with 256-color svgalib support
drawing doesn't synchronize with softcursor (seen on svgalib)
stupid keyboard handling (SDL has the ability to query
operating system keymap and translate keys to unicode
but this driver didn't use it)
doesn't support virtual devices with Alt-1 ... Alt-0, like
svgalib and framebuffer
reportedly crashes with sdl-1.2.10
If you want SDL support continued, take file sdl.c from previous
version of links, fix the above issues and resubmit it.

Everything is huge! I had to use wordpad to edit my config files because the text for the gui was too big to fit everything on screen.
I set the image scaling to 40% but it doesn't seem to scale images but it crops them.  |

I released 1231 now. Image scaling is still disabled.. it's one of the most memory consuming features of links, that's why I disabled it.. I may re-enable it in the future...
